dicas.id is operated by PT Digitalisasi Cara Sahabat, located at Jl. Airlangga 1, Kel. Pabuaran, Kec. Bojonggede, Bogor Regency, West Java 16921, Indonesia.

This site has two forms and they work very differently. We put this first so nobody is misled.

THE CONTACT FORM (Contact page) does NOT send anything to our server. It only composes a message, then opens it in your WhatsApp app. You can read, edit, or cancel it before pressing send. Your name, clinic name, city, and message never touch our systems; that data exists only in the WhatsApp conversation, subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy.

THE CRM STARTER KIT FORM (at dicas.id/clinic-crm-kit) IS DIFFERENT: what you enter is sent to our server and stored. Details are in the next section. We state the difference openly because blurring it would be misleading.

If you download the CRM Starter Kit, we store four things you enter yourself: your name, WhatsApp number, email address, and your clinic name and type. Nothing else. We do not pull data from other sources, and we do not combine it with any other dataset.

The legal basis is your CONSENT, given through the checkbox on that form. That box is never pre-ticked, and if you do not tick it, nothing is sent.

The purpose is twofold, and only twofold: to deliver the kit you asked for, and to follow up by WhatsApp or email to ask whether the kit was useful and to offer our services. We do not use this data for anything else.

It is sent to our own company inbox (halo@dicas.id) over an encrypted connection. It does not go to Google Analytics, does not go to Meta, and is never sold, rented, or traded to anyone.

• —Kept for 24 months from your download, then deleted. If you become a client within that period, your data moves into client records governed by our engagement agreement.
• —If you ask us to stop contacting you, we stop immediately, and you do not need to give a reason.
• —If you ask us to delete your data, we delete it within 7 working days and confirm that we have.
• —Send any such request to halo@dicas.id from the address you signed up with, or WhatsApp +62 851-6171-9010.

The kit files themselves are only reachable through a signed link valid for 15 minutes, issued after the form is submitted. That link cannot be guessed and stops working once it expires.

We measure page behaviour in aggregate to know which pages are useful and which ads actually produce conversations. Only categories and technical identifiers are sent to measurement services:

• —Which pages were opened, referral source, device type, and approximate city level location.
• —When you press a WhatsApp button or submit the form: that the event happened, from which page block, the business type you selected, and the ad spend range you selected.
• —Technical identifiers: cookies belonging to Google and Meta, IP address, browser type, and one anonymous random ID created by this site which is hashed again before being sent.

Your name, clinic name, the city you typed, phone number, and message content are NEVER sent to Google or Meta. This is a technical decision locked into the code, not merely a promise.

We do not sell your data to anyone. Measurement data is shared only with the following providers, and only to the extent described above:

• —Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager, for visit statistics and tag management.
• —Meta (Facebook and Instagram), to measure advertising results. Some events are sent from your browser and some from our server; both carry the same marker so one event is not counted twice.
• —Vercel, the hosting provider for this site, which processes page requests including IP addresses as any web server does.

This site does not use third party advertising cookies to follow you across other sites beyond the Meta ad measurement described above. The cookies present are:

• —_ga and _ga_* — Google Analytics, distinguishes visitors, expires in 2 years.
• —_fbp and _fbc — Meta, links a visit to the ad you clicked, expires in 90 days.
• —_dicas_id — created by this site, a meaningless random ID used as an anonymous identifier during measurement, expires in 1 year.
• —dicas-motion — stores your choice when you turn animations off. Never sent anywhere, kept only in your browser.

You can block or delete these cookies at any time through your browser settings. The site remains fully functional without them; the only thing lost is our ability to measure.

Measurement data in Google Analytics is retained for 14 months, then deleted automatically. Event data at Meta follows Meta's own retention period.

We keep WhatsApp conversations for the duration of the working relationship and at most 24 months after last contact, unless you ask us to delete sooner.

Under Indonesian Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection, you have the right to request access, correction, deletion, or cessation of processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time.

Send that request to halo@dicas.id. We respond within 14 working days at the latest. You do not need to give a reason, and requesting deletion will not change how we serve you.

Our services are aimed at business owners and managers. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If that happens without our knowledge, tell us and we will delete it.

If the way we collect data changes, this page is updated on the same day as the change, not afterwards. The effective date above always reflects the latest version.
