Case studies

Including the onesthat did not work.

Every case here carries the starting condition, what we changed, results with a stated period, and the part that missed. That last part is what makes the first three believable.

This table shows our reporting format using sample figures. Client cohort data cleared for publication will replace it. We chose to flag this openly rather than publish numbers you cannot verify.

Every row here can be questioned down to its root.

  • Dental Clinic C

Long decision cycle. Month one enquiries only closed in month four.

  • Aesthetic Clinic E · failed

The cohort that failed. Cheap leads but a 52 percent no show rate, caused by no tiered reminders and an average four hour chat reply. We recommended ending the engagement in month four. We show this case because hiding it would strip the four rows above of meaning.

Clinic names are anonymised per confidentiality agreements. Category, city, and every figure are unchanged. Clients who allow attribution appear on the case studies page.
