Meta Ads

The number one problem with clinic ads on Meta is not cost per click. It is rejected ads, restricted accounts, and pixels losing data because of the health category. That is where we start.

Our angle

We write copy assuming a Meta reviewer will read it

Meta's Health and Wellness policy prohibits targeting personal attributes and claims that imply knowledge of someone's condition. A line like "dull, acne prone skin? time to glow up" reads as attributing a personal condition, and it is the most common rejection cause we see. We keep a replacement copy bank covering 40 plus hook formats already running on live accounts.

What we usually find when we take over a clinic account

  1. 01One campaign holding 12 ad sets competing for the same audience, so nothing ever exits the learning phase.
  2. 02A pixel firing only PageView and Lead, so Meta never learns which lead became a patient.
  3. 03Copy using words that trigger automated review, then the team blames the algorithm.
  4. 04Leads landing in WhatsApp with nobody tracking how many get a reply under five minutes.
  5. 05Not a single number connecting ad spend to treatment chairs actually filled.

Approach

The order of work.

  1. 01

    Compliance and account audit

We review rejection history, ad account standing, pixel quality, and every piece of copy that has run. The output is a fix list ordered by account restriction risk.

  2. 02

    Wire tracking down to booking

Server side Conversions API, event deduplication, and a lead to booking to attended stage map. If the clinic runs ClinicHub, booking data flows back to Meta automatically. If not, we connect it through a scheduled sheet or the existing CRM.

  3. 03

    Structure campaigns by treatment economics

Low ticket, short cycle treatments are separated from high ticket, long cycle ones. Fillers are not sold with the same pattern as CO2 laser or an ultherapy package.

  4. 04

    Creative production and structured testing

Three test axes rotated in turn: hook, format, and offer. One variable per cycle so results can be read, not guessed.

  5. 05

    Reporting that names the rupiah

A weekly report showing cost per lead, cost per booking, cost per attended consultation, and attributable revenue estimate. Not an Ads Manager screenshot.

What you receive

  • Health advertising compliance audit with a prioritised fix list
  • Account restructure and consistent campaign naming
  • Server side Conversions API setup with event deduplication
  • Policy compliant copy bank, at least 12 live variants per month
  • Static and short form video creative production
  • Weekly dashboard through to attended consultation
  • A 45 minute monthly review with the clinic owner or manager

What we measure

  • Cost per attended consultation

The primary metric. Not cost per lead, because a lead who never arrives pays nobody's salary.

  • Lead to booking rate

Measures lead quality and front desk response speed at once.

  • Ad rejection rate

We target under 5 percent of all ads uploaded per month.

  • Attributed revenue

Calculated from treatments actually performed, not estimated lead value.

How we calculate →

When not to

If your ad spend is under 15 million rupiah a month, our management fee will outweigh the improvement we can create. Start with local SEO and Google Business Profile instead.

Questions

Before you ask.

Why do our aesthetic clinic ads keep getting rejected on Facebook?

Three causes dominate. First, copy implying knowledge of the reader's personal condition, for example naming a skin problem then offering a fix. Second, before and after photos showing dramatic results, which read as a guaranteed outcome. Third, medical terminology on an unverified account. All three are fixable at the copy and creative level without losing selling power.

How long until we see results?

The first two weeks go to audit, tracking setup, and exiting the learning phase. A stable cost per booking usually becomes readable between week five and week eight, depending on volume. We do not promise results in seven days because Meta's algorithm needs conversion volume to optimise.

Is ad spend included in the management fee?

No. Ad spend is paid directly from the clinic's card or account to Meta, so you retain full control of the account and its data. We only invoice the management fee.

Who owns the ad account and the data?

The clinic. We work through partner access on the clinic's own Business Manager. When the engagement ends, our access is removed and every asset stays with you, including the pixel, audiences, and campaign history.
