DICAS operates under PT Digitalisasi Cara Sahabat. The name is not a stretched acronym. It means digitalisation done the way a trusted friend would do it, not the way a vendor who sends a report then disappears would.
Why clinics only
Most agencies pick a niche because it is good positioning. We picked ours because we worked inside it. Before DICAS existed, our founder spent years inside aesthetic and dental clinics, across marketing, sales, and operations. Not as a consultant visiting once a week, but as someone who handled the angry patient, the broken queue, and the monthly target that did not land.
That left one conviction that shapes how we work. Most problems clinics bring to an agency are not advertising problems. Advertising is simply the most visible part. What actually caps growth usually sits in reply speed, the booking path, no shows, and lapsed patients nobody ever contacts again.
An agency that has never stood behind a front desk will keep optimising the wrong part, because it is the only part they can see. We built ClinicHub so the rest becomes visible too.

Numbers before opinions
Every recommendation we give must trace back to data you can open yourself. When we do not have the data, we will call it a guess.
Published methodology
The definition of every metric we report sits on a public page. If our counting does not make sense to you, that is a fair argument to bring to the meeting.
Assets always belong to the clinic
Ad accounts, pixels, audiences, the site, and its data sit under the clinic's name. We work through partner access. When an engagement ends, there is nothing to ask back.
Decline early
If we think your budget is better spent elsewhere, we will say so on the first call, not in month four after the retainer has been running.
